I have enjoyed my first months living here so far! My apartment actually does feel like a home—more so than in my last two places. There’s not a lot of noise pollution due to its location and people pretty much stick to themselves, which I love! I would definitely recommend this place to a prospective renter.

New resident review

Staff was great to welcome me as a new resident. Very friendly staff as I look forward in speaking with them, when I need to. Some noise from people walking on second floor porch and room above me walking around, but otherwise a quiet place. Have had no maintenance issues to address, but know they do good work when needed.

Beautiful place

I been staying in autumn ridge for almost 3years now and it's a nice place to live. They have all the appliances you need for your home. The location is very convenient they have all the stores by them which is so nice. I would tell anyone looking for a place to stay in autumn ridge there one of the best places to live.

Autumn Ridge

Nice place to call home the ladies in the office have been friendly and nice.Pretty quick to do maintenance when needed the neighbors seem to be friendly as well the only problem is the walls are a little thin lol. But all in all the convenience and location is great ??

Being a tenant

I at first was Leary when I moved in because I did everything on line. Apartment was a lot smaller with less space as I expected, however,since being here I have to say that the staff and maintenance crew are awsome. I'm a 66 yr old women living alone but feel very safe there

I rate the office staff a 5 at Autumn Ridge. They are all very nice and helpful. My dog likes to stop in and see them as well, he always gets a treat. I do not have a printer, so the office staff has even helped me print off my resume. I would also rate the maintenance staff a 5. They have always gone out of their way to fix any problems I my have.
