Great Place
Hello I just wanted to write a review and let new residents that my wife and I have lived here at Autumn Ridge Apartments ... close to 5 years and we consider this place our home,the office Staff here are really nice,very helpful and if they can are willing to help depending on the situation, maintenance here is great if you need something fixed or anything depending on the time,if it's a emergency they are at your door right away but if it can wait till the next day then they will be there to help. We love that this place is right next to a grocery store namely Meijers,it really makes it very convenient especially if you need something right away. The neighbors here are very respectful and friendly especially when it is night time ,this place is very quiet and we also love that this place has security that patrols the apartment complex at night. All in all my wife and I think of this place as our home,we love it here and we know if anyone is looking for a place to call home this place Autumn Ridge Apartments is the place.???? I went through a divorce and was looking for a nice & affordable place to rent. I ended up here and have been here over ... 3 years now. Best value around! Great Staff & maintenance crew. Apartments are up to date and the grounds are well kept. Recent improvement's regarding the exterior look great! No complaints whatsoever. Thought I'd only be here a year. Just moved in
Moving in today! All the ladies in the office are so wonderful! After owning a home for almost 20 years we were very nervous ... about apartment living again. We probably gave these ladies a few headaches this past few months with questions but they really answered all of them and knew exactly what to say to make us feel more relaxed during this transition. The apartment was cleaned before move in which tells me maintenance is definitely on the ball! It looks like they are making landscaping improvements as well, which tells me they care about making there property look more appealing to the residents. We are looking forward to our first year here thank you again too all the staff! ( sorry but I’m not very good with names otherwise mentioned the ladies by name) but the ladies are awesome ! I have enjoyed my first months living here so far! My apartment actually does feel like a home—more so than in my last two ... places. I rate the office staff a 5 at Autumn Ridge. They are all very nice and helpful. My dog likes to stop in and see them as ... well, he always gets a treat.
