Immaculate place to live

This whole time I have been living Autumn Ridge has been the most nicest quietest and safest location to live in Grand Rapids ... , The staff is always readily available when you need them and go out of there way to assist you as best as they can to resolve any issue or concern you may have , they really do care about there residents ,My lease is up and I have decided to renew it because there is no other place like Autumn Ridge Apartments . I'm very happy here!

I went through a divorce and was looking for a nice & affordable place to rent. I ended up here and have been here over ... 3 years now. Best value around! Great Staff & maintenance crew. Apartments are up to date and the grounds are well kept. Recent improvement's regarding the exterior look great! No complaints whatsoever. Thought I'd only be here a year.
